                                                              தொல்காப்பியம்  இந்நூல் அகத்தியரின் சீடரான தொல்காப்பியரால் இயற்றப்பட்டது இந்நூல் தமிழில்  கிடைக்கப்பட்ட நூல்களுள் மிகப்பழமையான நூலாகும் மேலும் இந்நூல் எழுத்து சொல் பொருள் ஆகிய மூன்றனுக்கும் இலக்கணம் கூறுகின்றது மேலும் இந்நூல் ஓரறிவு முதல் ஆறறிவு வரை உயிரினங்களை பிரித்து கூறுகின்றது மேலும் பல அறிவியல் உண்மைகளை இந்நூல் தெளிவாக கூறுகின்றது இந்நூல் எழுத பட்ட ஆண்டு அறியப்படவில்லை இந்நூலில் உயிரியல் மரபியல் களவியல் கற்பியல் செய்யுளியல் பொருளியல் உவமையியல் போன்ற பல அறிவியல் சம்மந்தமான குறிப்புகளை கொண்டது .மேலும் இவர் பல வாழ்வியல் நெறி முறைகளையும் வகுத்து தம் நூலில் எழுதியுள்ளார் .
                                                            Tholkappiyam is a book written by the saint Tholkappiyar ,He was the student of the saint Agathiyar(we have seen about Agathiyar in the previous post) .In this book he has written deeply about three sections namely Eluthu(letters), Sol(words) and Porul(meanings). The author also speaks about the six sense of the living organisms and he also grouped living organisms according to their senses. Also he has written many amazing scientific and biological facts. He also speaks about the set of rules to be followed to led a successful life in our day to day life. So everybody try to read those books to led a successful life.
